Refund & Return Policy

At GiftShop.60AndOver.net, each item is custom-made for you with care by our production partner, Printful. Because of this, our return and refund process is different from traditional retail stores. Please review the policy below before making your purchase.

1. 14-Day Eligibility

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet one of the following conditions:

• The product arrived damaged.
• There was a printing or manufacturing defect.
• You received the wrong item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns for:

• Wrong size ordered (please review size charts before purchase).
• Buyer’s remorse (change of mind or dislike of design).
• Slight color or print variations between your screen and the final product.

Gift cards and downloadable products are also non-returnable.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a refund or replacement within the 14-day window:

2. Include your order number.
3. Provide photos of the issue (damaged product, misprint, or wrong item).

Once we review your request, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

4. Refunds & Replacements

• If approved, we will issue either a replacement item at no extra cost or a refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping costs are only refundable if the issue was due to our or Printful’s error.

5. Shipping Issues

• If your package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout, we cannot issue a refund. Reshipping may be available at your expense.
• If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with Printful and the shipping carrier.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
